Replacement and Return policy

 

The costumer has the right to replace or return the product and recover its value within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the instructions of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency.

 

Product replacement or return requirements:

 

- purchase request (order number).

- request for replacement or return should be within the permitted period (which is 14 days from receiving the request)

- The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories, and free gifts shall be returned with it.

 

What are the cases in which it is approved to replace or return the products?

 

- If the product does not meet the specifications on the site or has a manufacturing defect or damage, you must pack the product to be returned in its original packaging, and all accessories and free gifts must also be returned with the product.

 

- If the customer wants to return the product, this must be done within the permitted period, making sure that the product is in its original condition and has not been used.

 

Do I have to pay delivery charges when returning the product:

 

- If the product is defective, no delivery fee will be charged.

- If the customer wants to return the product, the basic delivery fee will be charged.

 

How to request a refund or return:

 

1- Submit the request by e-mail or call us on the hotline and submit your request.

2- Pack the product in its original packaging according to the terms of return.

How to refund:

 

If the return is approved, a full refund will be proceeded based on the payment method used when purchasing the product:

- If the payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card within 14 days.

- If payment was by paid by cash on delivery, the payment will be made in the same way or by refunding the money to your bank account.

 

This process can take 10-15 working days after the order is placed with the shipping company.

 

If you had any problem after the specified period to return or replace the product, you can claim the warranty (if existed) from the authorized service center for this brand.
